I was at the Frontier Inn from 10 March 2025 until 12 March 2025. The place struggled to understand what is halaal food and that they cannot decide that a certain food is halaal without ensuring the process of procurement, storage and processing are all included for a meal to be halaal or not. Th establishment will need to educate itself and its staff on a few things.
The front desk staff has absolutely no clue what customer service is and appear untrained on simple etiquette. Staff comes there for a chit-chat and clients have to wait for their chats to finish.
One sole staff I encountered was Reitumetse Khiba (Tumi) who was just shining like the brightest star I've ever encountered. She took over my issues and just ran with them to finish. After struggling with chef Ntsoaki for many hours and not getting through I met Reitumetse Khiba. I struggled to reconcile that they work for the same establishment because they are worlds apart.
Housekeeping is excellent and does a thorough job. You'll always find your room spotlessly clean every day.

Very impressed with the attention given to Covid protocols. Clean and neat and good variety of slots games. Friendly and helpful staff.

My wife and I stayed at the Frontier for two nights. We didn't go to the Casino. The room was very comfortable and clean. We had air-conditioning and a large bathroom with a bath and shower. We had a bid of a problem with hot water. The bed was more than adequate. There was a small fridge in the room as well as a place with a kettle, cups, coffee and tea. We ate breakfast and dinner at the dining room. We loved the food. We thank all the staff for their friendliness and willingness to assist us. We strongly recommend the hotel. Thank you Frontier.
