The Meeting Post in Bethlehem is your premier destination for intimate conferences and private functions. Choose from two versatile spaces that can each comfortably accommodate delegates in a classroom-style setting. Both venues come with projectors and can be configured to your needs.

Seating Styles

Venue One
Venue One is an intimate room that can accommodate up to 39 Delegates. The configuration is designed for wall-to-wall arrangements and do not include technical equipment or staging.

Venue One
Venue One is an intimate room that can accommodate up to 39 Delegates. The configuration is designed for wall-to-wall arrangements and do not include technical equipment or staging.

Venue Two
Venue Two is a larger room (7.5m x 9.1m) that can accommodate up to 60 Delegates (45 in classroom setup, 60 in round table setup) and is perfect for larger presentations, seminars, meetings, baby and bridal showers or private events that require group interaction.

Technical specs - Screen Wall / Ceiling Mounted Motorised, 16:10, 2400x1500mm.  Epson projector- 4000lm FULLHD 1920x1080 16:9 16000:1, Lamp USB 2VGA, 2HDMI Wi-Fi RS-232C LAN Miracast, Microphone Input NoBag. TQA D-series Amplifier and a Hybrid double microphone receiver with 2 Microphones. Frontier open Wi-Fi, enough electrical points for laptops.

Used the very small meeting room as a venue. Was too cramped.
Loved the "feel" of the inn.

Hard to get to late at night as some access gates are locked. Maps takes you through the shopping centre, but you can't get access that way. Restaurant was closed. No bananas for breakfast toasty....limited menu, but pleasant staff. Service in casino was a bit slow.

What a wonderful experience I had during my stay at the hotel. The rooms and facilities were in excellent condition. The staff was very caring and helpful even when I fell ill. The food was out of this world. Overall I give you guys a 5/5. I will definitely be back. Well done!
